Ali Arc Industries – powering ahead despite a challenging year

General

As 2022 draws to a close, Ali Arc Industries is reflecting on one of its most challenging years in business since being founded some 34 years ago.

So why has life been so hectic this year for Ali Arc Industries?

Like many manufacturing companies, Ali Arc has had to endure delays in the arrival of its raw materials and consumables, adapt to the sporadic arrival of new LCV’s in the country in the early part of the year, continually adjust for ever-increasing operating costs, and remaining vigilant on numerous compliance obligations.

So, quite a demanding year!

On a more positive note, due to its core of loyal employees, Ali Arc continues to have an excellent customer satisfaction rate of delivering accessories within agreed upon time periods.

Being a local manufacturer, Ali Arc can do one-off builds and modify its existing accessories relatively easily and quickly.

Ali Arc is very proud to be able to place a “100% NZ Made” sticker on all its accessories and is equally proud to be recognised as a NZ Made supporter for 10+ years.

Ali Arc designs all accessories in-house and given that any new product must comply with applicable safety regulations and be compatible with vehicle driver assist systems; designing an accessory is considerably more complex and time consuming with each new vehicle release.

The 2022 Next-Gen Ford Ranger accessories have tested Ali Arc’s technicians to the limit, as all the bells and whistles discerning drivers have come to expect on their vehicles throw out a unique set of design and manufacturing challenges.

Ali Arc is pleased to be able to offer a full range of accessories for this award-winning vehicle.

With more new vehicle releases to come in the next 12 months, and a push to provide accessories for the SUV market, don’t expect Ali Arc to be sitting back relaxing in the New Year.

Here’s just a few reasons why Ali Arc is the preferred choice for the discerning ute buyer and 4WD enthusiast:
