Bridgestone wins Gold for service again

News

Bridgestone’s retail network throughout Australia and New Zealand continues to set the benchmark for customer service with trans-Tasman Gold accolades in Reader’s Digest’s annual Quality Service Awards.

Bridgestone New Zealand’s network of Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centres maintained its unrivalled run in the Tyre Servicing Centres category to win Gold for an unparalleled seventh straight time.

In Australia, the Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto network defended the highly competitive Independent Car Servicing Category, winning Gold for a second consecutive year, while also picking up the Silver award in the Tyre Servicing Centres category.

Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand Managing Director, Heath Barclay, says the double Gold accolades highlight the passion and commitment of the Bridgestone team.

“This is a huge achievement for our entire team across Australia and New Zealand and showcases their ethos around customer service, and ensuring that motorists are getting friendly, expert and trusted advice,” Mr Barclay said.

The Quality Service Awards recognition complements Bridgestone’s continued reign as both Australia and New Zealand’s Most Trusted Tyre Brand, as named by Reader’s Digest.

“The verdict from motorists on both side of the Tasman is clear, Bridgestone has the most trusted tyres, and the best customer service is at our network of stores. We’re thrilled to have the trust of motorists, and we work to ensure that we continue to exceed their expectations.”

The Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards celebrates businesses that consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, with research conducted by independent research firm, Catalyst.
