Fantastic Fleet Expo at Boomrock

Fleet Management

Learning from the success of the EROAD Fleet Day last year – which surpassed the organisation’s expectations in terms of attendee numbers and interest – the Wellington event, supported by the Greater Wellington Regional Council, looks set to be that much better again.

If you are a fleet management specialist in the private or Government sector, you need to be at this event.

Not only will attendees hear from industry leaders such as ACA Research Director Ben Selwyn, OptiFleet Managing Director Jack Gordon-Crosby, Thundergrid CEO Jonathan Parker and WorkSafe NZ Fleet Manager Matt Gibson, they will gain an up close and personal insight into the latest light commercial vehicles.

And this is where Boomrock, New Zealand’s premier test circuit comes in. Attendees will have a huge line-up of vehicles which they would realistically be considering for their fleet to drive around the test circuit and Boomrock’s off road environment for in-the-field vehicles.

“This is so much more than an average run -of-the-mill conference,” enthuses executive general manager of EROAD Konrad Stempniak. “It’s the result of weeks of testing, comparing and analysis into single insightful day which helps fleet managers and show attendees make informed fleet choices.”

As well, the event is designed to allow for and encourage relationship building with others in the fleet sector to share insights and experiences to help each other improve their fleet operations.

“We will organise event goers into groups, which they will stay with throughout the day as part of the relationship building component,” explains Konrad. “Last year, the networking opportunities were commented on as an integral part of the event. It will be another strong element this year.”

Tickets are selling fast for this event and numbers are limited due to the unique location of Boomrock, on the idyllic western-Wellington cliffs looking over the Cook Strait and the South Island.

“We felt the location lent itself to a high-profile event,” says Konrad. “Our event last year was awesome. This year, it’s going to be even better. You won’t want to miss it because we reckon everyone’s going to be talking about it into 2024!

“The day is all about inspiring the adoption of vehicle technologies and data towards net-zero, safety and fleet efficiency,” says Konrad. “We have data crunched everything we learned from last year and put together a day based on an enormous amount of feedback of what the fleet sector wanted to see. We’re excited to have been able to put it all together for this year’s attendees.”

Early bird tickets are available for $299 per person for the 2023 EROAD Fleet Expo, March 8. Visit www.eroad.co.nz for more information.
