Jerry Delaney, Sales Director at Ford New Zealand, has announced his departure from the company after an impressive 13-year  tenure. In a heartfelt statement, Jerry reflected on his time at Ford, highlighting the memorable experiences, valuable  lessons, and strong relationships he formed with colleagues, the dealer network, and business partners. Over the last decade,  he proudly led the Sales Teams, fostering camaraderie and professionalism.

While he admitted it was bittersweet to say goodbye, Jerry expressed excitement about new opportunities that lie ahead. He  also shared his gratitude for the support he received during his career, wishing Ford New Zealand continued success, along with its exceptional dealer network.

Derrick van den Berg, Dealer Principal at Eagers Automotive – North Harbour, called it “the end of an era,” thanking Jerry for his  leadership, professionalism, and mentorship since Derrick joined Ford in 2018.

Jerry Delaney’s departure represents a significant moment in the company’s history, with many in the industry acknowledging  his influence and wishing him well in his upcoming endeavors.
