Inchcape and UDC Finance Partner to Deliver Tailored Auto Finance Solutions

News

Inchcape, the authorised distributor of Subaru, LDV, and KGM vehicles in New Zealand, announced a strategic white-label finance partnership with UDC Finance Limited (UDC), one of New Zealand’s most trusted and established financial institutions.

The partnership includes the launch of Subaru Financial Services, LDV Financial Services, and KGM Financial Services, designed to provide tailored finance solutions that enhance customer experience and dealer support. This collaboration strengthens Inchcape’s Accelerate+ strategy to deliver end-to-end solutions in the New Zealand market and enable its dealer network to provide competitive, brand-aligned finance options directly to customers through a single, seamless platform.

“Inchcape’s global expertise in automotive distribution, combined with UDC’s strong local market knowledge and financial capability, offers an unmatched proposition for both customers and dealers,” said Kym Mellow, General Manager of Inchcape New Zealand.

“This partnership represents growth, trust, and a shared commitment to delivering greater value. UDC’s reputation for reliability, its robust dealer support model, and customer-first mindset align perfectly with Inchcape’s vision of bringing mobility to communities”, said Blair Read, Managing Director of Inchcape Australasia.

UDC Finance, with over 85 years of experience of helping Kiwis finance their ambitions, sees the collaboration as a natural evolution of its commitment to the automotive sector.

“Partnering with Inchcape, a world-class automotive distributor, enables UDC to strengthen our footprint across these three respected brands,” said Don Atkinson, CEO of UDC Finance. “Through these white-label programs, we’re providing Inchcape dealers and customers with direct access to tailored finance solutions under each vehicle brand. It’s about simplifying the customer journey while offering the financial flexibility they need.”

The launch of Subaru Financial Services, LDV Financial Services, and KGM Financial Services will provide finance products customised to the individual needs of New Zealand drivers from competitive rates to flexible terms, GFV and fast approvals. These services will be rolled out nationwide across Inchcape’s authorised dealer network from July 2025.

As a leading global automotive distributor, Inchcape brings a combination of in-market expertise, global experiences and digital and analytics capabilities to connect the products of our brand partners with customers, and enable growth. UDC’s proven track record in automotive finance makes them an ideal partner in delivering this shared vision.
