Auto Transform your fleet from ‘fair’ to ‘fit-for-purpose’

Fleet Management

‘Move smarter’ is so much more than a clever catchphrase. It is the core pillar which Auto Transform – the business which has been transforming mobile workspaces for over 30 years – is built on.
“We help our customers maximise the potential of their vehicle assets,” explains general manager Daniel Stanners, “using innovative processes and systems to help them move smarter with Safe, Modular, Advanced, Reliable and Transformative fit-out product.”
Auto Transform has an extensive history and years of collective experience in the field of equipping vehicles to be extensions of the workplace, and the company is constantly moving forward to provide better services to its customers.
Demonstrating this is the purpose-built premises in Wiri, which operates with lean manufacturing and constantly evolving processes comparable with international engineering and volume production operations.
This has resulted in local recognition of Auto Transform’s overall excellence and led to documented endorsements from international automotive suppliers, acknowledging the commitment to quality inherent in every Auto Transform build; be that in providing mobility solutions through to the bespoke commercial fitouts of corporate and small to medium business fleet operators.
“With our computer aided design systems and robust consultative approach, customers can see exactly how their vehicles will look and – for those who prefer to see and touch – our on-site showroom provides this option.”
Auto Transform rolls out some two hundred vehicles a month over a broad cross-section of utes, vans, and trucks up to seven tonnes, right through to school buses and worker transport vehicles.
From design to install, the processes are hyper efficient, starting with accurate documentation, a pick and deliver system and top of the line tooling and expertise to minimise turnaround time without sacrificing quality craftsmanship.
Over 72 ‘Transformers’ make up the production teams and – depending on the nature of the fit-out – vehicle fleet fit-outs usually take two weeks, but once the transformations are done, Auto Transform’s work doesn’t necessarily stop.
“Our customers are invited to let us handle ongoing maintenance on what we install,” explains Daniel. “We offer a national subscription-based service where we service and maintain our product on your vehicle. This service makes for easy OSH compliance and minimises vehicle downtime should the unthinkable happen with an in-service vehicle.
“Every day, we ask ‘What can we do to make it better?’ in regards to our business practices and processes,” says Daniel, “and we apply the same philosophy to each vehicle fleet project we undertake for our customers, helping them Move Smarter.” So, how can Auto Transform help you?
