The highly anticipated 100 percent electric PEUGEOT e-Expert has arrived in New Zealand, offering a perfect combination of innovative design, enhanced efficiency, and cutting-edge technology. Tailored for business and trade professionals, the PEUGEOT e-Expert maintains the versatility, reliability, and driving enjoyment that have made it a top choice globally, while introducing an all-electric option to help reduce carbon footprints.

A new benchmark in electric vans
With a range of up to 350 km (WLTP), the PEUGEOT E-Expert provides the power and capability professionals need without compromising performance. Powered by a 100 kW electric motor with 270 Nm of torque, it delivers an exceptional driving experience with three driving modes: Eco for maximizing range, Power for high performance, and Normal for everyday use. Additionally, its regenerative braking system features three adjustable levels to optimize energy recovery.

Key features include a payload capacity of 1,001kg, a towing capacity of up to 1,000kg, and a cargo volume up to 6.6 cubic meters (LWB with Moduwork) – all while maintaining a compact and practical design ideal for urban navigation. The underfloor battery maintains load capacity and volume, matching that of its diesel counterpart. With a turning circle of just 12.4 meters and a low height of 1.90 meters, the van is perfectly suited for tight spaces and city centres.

The new PEUGEOT e-Expert embodies the brand’s modern design with a bold, redesigned grille, the new PEUGEOT emblem, and full LED headlamps with signature lighting. Inside, the cabin has been completely redesigned for better comfort and efficiency, with a driving position that improves ergonomics and practicality.

Professionals will appreciate the ample storage options throughout the cabin, including upper dashboard compartments and passenger-side storage, both equipped with closable lids for added convenience. A Range to Meet Every Need:  The new PEUGEOT e-Expert is available in two versions: Standard (4.98m) and Long (5.33m). Both versions feature the ‘MODUWORK’ Mobile Office, which includes a flip-down rotating work table, a load-through bulkhead, and under seat storage for additional load volume.

The price for each version is $92,990* for the Standard and $95,990* for the Long, available in standard colour Ice White, with optional colours including Artense Grey, Titanium Grey, and Nera Black.

Warranty
The PEUGEOT e-Expert comes with a five-year/100,000km warranty, with a three-year paintwork and 12-year corrosion warranty as well as an 8-year/160,000km battery warranty. (TBC)
