Ali Arc: Catering for the NZ Fleet market
General

Ali Arc Industries is a New Zealand owned and operated business, manufacturing aluminium vehicle accessories for the light commercial and heavy truck market.

Given that this issue of Company Vehicle NZ is a Fleet Buyers guide, Ali Arc is super keen to let NZ Fleet buyers know how they can assist with their requirements.

So how exactly does Ali Arc cater for the Fleet market?

Let’s say you are the owner of a fleet of four vehicles.  You want all four vehicles to be capable of carrying long, light loads, but you need don’t need all four vehicles to carry loads concurrently.

The solution:  Ali Arc removable Load Carrying Racks!  Simply install mounting brackets on all four vehicles, but interchange the removable racks according to which vehicle is being used.  Why buy four sets of product, when you only need two?

Your vehicle might have rear parking sensors which assist you when reversing, to ensure you don’t back into a parked vehicle.  But what about when your vehicle is parked, and a reversing vehicle is about to connect with yours?

An Ali Arc Rear Guard is designed to protect the rear bumper and tail lights.  Some of Ali Arc’s Rear Guards can accommodate a Rear Rack at the same time, providing functionality as well as added protection.

Some products can be tailor-made from scratch or modified to cater for individual needs.

Obviously, legal requirements and safety standards do dictate what is possible, but customisation is achievable on 50 percent of Ali Arc products.

And when we say products are tailor-made from scratch, we mean that raw material comes in the door in the form of tube, plate or an extruded shape, and leaves the Ali Arc factory five working days later having been cut, bent, welded and highly polished.

When the Ali Arc and New Zealand Made decals are affixed at the final polish and dispatch stage, you can be assured that the products have passed their quality check.  In the unlikely event of an issue, customer assistance is only a (toll free) phone call away.

All of Ali Arc’s latest products are designed to be compatible with driver assist sensors, which are now becoming standard on all modern light commercial vehicles.  This ensures that the safety of the vehicle’s occupants is not compromised.

Ali Arc products are lightweight yet strong, they are durable and being aluminium, they will not rust.

Ali Arc accessories are polished to a mirror-like finish, or you can choose to have products powdercoated to a colour that ties in with your fleet.

Ali Arc is ISO 9001:2015 certified and is one of the few aftermarket accessory manufacturers who can say they are 100 percent made in NZ.
